No Partnership:

User understands and agrees that the use of this website shall not constitute or form any partnership or other relationship between Owner and user.

Termination:

Owner maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate user’s right to access or utilize this website in any manner for any misuse of the website or violation of these terms and conditions.
